  1. Just wanted to thank you for creating your blog. I have applied for next June’s class of new Peace Corps Volunteers in the Eastern Caribbean, and it is beneficial to read about your experiences. Keep up the good work!

    • How exciting! I think you are the first person so read (or atleast comment) my blog who isn’t family or friends…yet. I am happy to share my experiences thought I am sure you can guess, my blog is focused on the positive ones mostly 🙂 If you have any questions, feel free to ask. I don’t have facebook but you can email me any time. Let me know when you receive your acceptance letter! Good luck 😉

  2. Kim Hyden!!! I just talked to Joe Buchelle and he told me you were down there so I googled you and the peace corps and this came up! Ps! You are on my favorite island. Ha! Figures. My back-up plan for my life has always been to buy some land on that island is all else falls through for me. So funny! Email me! I would love to be in contact with you.
